Tucked just off Princes Street, The New Club Edinburgh is a private member’s club that blends heritage with modern hospitality. Following a recent refurbishment, they wanted in-room technology that felt as considered as the rest of the club experience: their existing TVs no longer met their needs.

They were looking for a modern upgrade that would complement their interiors, reflect their brand colours and give them more control over what appears on screen. We specified 25 TVs in 32 and 43 inches, selecting different sizes to suit the layout and look of the individual rooms.

We supplied the TV screens and a fully managed TV system across the club. The new system lets members and guests watch live TV and on-demand content, while also displaying tailored on-screen information about the club’s history, dining options, dress code, facilities, safety information and gym details.

Once the hardware and TV system were in place, we delivered hands-on training for the New Club team on using the system and updating on screen content. They can now update their content quickly and easily in-house whenever menus change, events are announced or information needs to be refreshed. We also resolved existing network issues and ensured every TV is correctly connected so that the system runs smoothly day to day.

The result is a clean, modern TV experience that feels part of The New Club’s brand and gives them a flexible communication channel to members and guests.
