We have Rebranded!

This marks a new chapter for Hotel TV Company, and we want to share what it means for us and for you. But before we talk about where we’re going, it’s worth pausing for a moment to look back.

When we started in 2009, we were a small team with the dream of changing how hotels deliver in-room entertainment and technology. Sixteen years later, that idea has grown beyond what we ever imagined. We’ve installed more than 100,000 TVs, supported hundreds of properties across the UK, and steadily built a reputation as a leader in hospitality technology. Along the way, we’ve invested heavily in research and development, always looking for ways to make a guest’s stay more enjoyable, a staff member’s job easier, and hotel operations more seamless.

But growth brings change. Over the years, our tools have become smarter, our services more expansive, and our partnerships more ambitious. And while our original brand carried us this far, it no longer reflects the company we’ve become or the one we’re building for the future.

That’s why today, we’re unveiling a new identity. The new brand captures who we’ve become: modern, connected, and relentlessly customer-centric. It signals our commitment to shaping the future of hospitality technology, one that’s smarter, simpler, and designed around people.

So, What's Changed?

First, the look and feel: fresher colours, cleaner typography and a more refined overall design. The new brand is built for clarity and ease of use while looking sharper across every touchpoint.

Beyond design, we built a completely new brand system, updated guidelines, a new tone of voice, and a toolkit that reflects the company we are today. We’ve also invested in resources in research, case studies, and industry insights that will help our partners better understand hospitality technology and find practical ways to grow their businesses.

We’ve formed new partnerships to bring the latest products and innovations into our offering. To showcase that, we’ve launched a completely redesigned website. It’s faster, easier to navigate, and far more powerful. The website also features a new online catalogue that lets you filter hospitality TVs by size, brand, and technology, while also highlighting compatible brackets and TV systems. One feature we’re especially excited about is the interactive demos of our TV systems, so you can click through to get an idea before deciding.

And because customer focus sits at the heart of everything we do, we’ve built a new support portal from the ground up. You can chat with our smart assistant or connect directly with a member of our team, raise and manage support tickets, and access, documentation, tutorials and the help you need quickly and easily.

Addressing Concerns

So, what do you need to do to adapt to these changes? Absolutely nothing. All updates have already been made behind the scenes, so your day-to-day experience remains uninterrupted.

There are no changes to contracts, support or maintenance packages, pricing, or ongoing projects as a result of this rebrand. Our address, accounts, phone numbers, and email contacts also remain the same.

From now on, please use our new website hoteltvcompany.com. However, our current site hoteltvcompany.co.uk will remain active for a while as we gradually direct traffic to the new domain.
